Ariana Grande and her ex-husband Dalton Gomez are officially divorced.
A Los Angeles Superior Court ruling dissolving their nearly three-year marriage became official Tuesday, according to The Associated Press. The 30-year-old singer and the 28-year-old real estate broker. pulled apart more than a year ago and had no children or prenuptial agreement in place.
As the Associated Press reported, terms of the settlement were agreed to in October and required a six-month waiting period before the judge’s order could take effect. The terms of the agreement included Grande making a one-time payment of $1,250,000 to Gomez with no future alimony, giving her half of the proceeds from the sale of her Los Angeles home and paying up to $25,000 toward her attorneys’ fees.

Prior to their engagement at the time, the couple had been notoriously secretive about their relationship, with Grande only sharing a few images of Gomez. on their social networks.
