The reasons for the postponement remain undisclosed and no official explanation has been provided by the distributors. This situation echoes a similar incident involving another film, Ayalaan, where Ganga Entertainments declared a release date for the Telugu dubbed version but failed to fulfill it.
While the original version of Ayaalan has made it to OTT platforms, the fate of its Telugu counterpart remains uncertain. Now, Siren finds herself in a comparable situation.
