The smooth moves come from Dexter Mayfield, the dancer, model and activist known for hosting the CBS show. Come Dance With Me—And his friend Matt McCall, an influencer and professional dancer. Like any good dance trend, its choreography is simple enough for anyone to understand, but with a distinct country twang that will keep you going.

But wait a minute, something else is happening here, just beneath the surface. Literally. Many viewers notice a third member of this group from the country kicking towards the track. And if you don’t see it right away, keep your eyes on (or below) the belt.
