HOLMES COUNTY, Ohio — As overnight storms impacted Northeast Ohio, Holmes County was the only location in the WKYC viewing area placed under a Tornado Watch.

The weather alert has since been canceled. It was originally set to expire at 10 a.m.

All of Southwest Ohio was also under a Tornado Watch — including a Tornado Warning for the Dayton area at 4:45 a.m.

While the storms have moved out of our area, all of Northeast Ohio is now preparing for a sharp drop in temperatures today amid gusty winds.
