Triptii Dimri BREAKS Silence By Being Trolled For Sex Scenes With Ranbir In Animal: ‘I Want…’

Triptii Dimri’s intimate scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in Animal attracted a lot of attention and criticism. In a recent interview, the actress spoke about how she was not affected by the trolling that came her way after the release of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial.

Triptii, whose popularity grew immensely after the release of Animal, revealed that he decided to do the film because he found his cameo “interesting”. “I know my reasons for doing the film. Sandeep sir (Sandeep Reddy Vanga) was clear that he was going to do it. “It’s a small role, but I found the character interesting. If we start making decisions based on what the audience is going to say, then as actors we will never be able to do what we want to do,” Triptii told Vogue India.

Triptii, who impressed audiences with his acting prowess in Laila Majnu and Bulbbul, continued, “I want to choose roles that take me out of my comfort zone. There is a lot of advice offered and I listen to it all, but it all comes down to instinct. “I may make mistakes along the way, but I’m allowed to do it.”

In the same interview, Triptii revealed that her parents were ‘baffled’ after watching her intimate scenes. She recalled: “My parents were completely taken aback when they saw it. We had a long discussion about why that scene was crucial.” However, the actress also added that she was aware that her parents were proud of her. Triptii shared another example that occurred shortly after the release of her first film, Laila Majnu. Her father had called her on stage after a family event: “He just wanted to show off, but I was blank. That’s how scared I was. “It took me a long time to get used to being in the public eye,” she told Pinned.
