‘Trying to hold back tears’: Shark Tank India contestant slams Vineeta Singh; Internet reacts

Vibhuti Arora, Shark Tank India season 3 contestant and founder of House of Beauty, recently shared her experience on the show and said she tried to hold back tears during her performance.

Arora, renowned as a facial yoga expert, revealed that she could not get any investment during her appearance. Expressing her disappointment, she criticized the “sharks” and revealed that she struggled to hold back tears during her speech. Arora spoke about her journey while she spoke to Ayushman Pandita on her podcast.

Arora further revealed that he wanted to “run away” from the show.

Arora was speaking to Ayushman Pandita on his podcast. She said: “What was shown on the show seemed nice, but the reality was much more challenging. I felt a sense of frustration when Vineeta reiterated the same points repeatedly, particularly criticizing my packaging. However, I was not allowed to express my perspective. As a self-starter looking for help, I was hoping for a collaborative dialogue. If I had already had it all figured out, I wouldn’t have sought guidance from him.”


“It was very difficult for me to control myself not to cry at one point. I just wanted to run away from Shark Tank. I didn’t want to cry on national television. Vineeta kept asking me what is the differentiator of my products,” she noted on the podcast.

He went on to reveal that his sales increased since $45 lakh in January this year to almost $1 crore after the episode aired. “The impact has been significant on the product business,” she revealed.
