As torn fabricyou will only find metal scraps like a drop of enemies. For this resource, you are looking for the human being. scavengers. The settlement of rookmore northwest of the start of Cinder Vault and directly west of Braelyn Bridge is a great place to start.

Scavengers aren’t as ubiquitous as Fell (and don’t appear randomly at night), so you’ll have to take note of settlements when you find them.

Look for the remains of these enemies once you eliminate them, and you will usually find a Scrap or three.

Why use metal scraps in Enshrouded

One of the first missions you will enter. wrapped is “Find the Sleeping Survivor”, which asks you to find and wake up the blacksmith. Once you create a Summoning Staff (1 twig) and place it on your base, you will unlock many new crafting options.

Some of the most important ones include:

• Scrappy Ax (3 strings), 4 metal scrapsand 1 wooden mortise) and Scrap Pickaxe (8 metal scraps and 1 wooden mortise). These are the next level of tools with about 50% more damage and durability.
• Spiked mace (4 nails and 4 wooden logs) and scrap sword (1 wooden log, 3 metal scrapsand 2 nails). The blacksmith will convert 1 scrap metal into 2 nails.
• Leather armor set (7 strings, 7 torn fabric, 7 animal skinsand 5 metal scraps total) is the next level of armor.

The blacksmith also unlocks the charcoal oven that becomes 17 wooden logs and 3 dirt (obtained by using a pickaxe literally anywhere on the ground) in 15 coal.

With that charcoal in your hand, you can make a forge (30 stone, 10 metal scraps, 10 coal, 12 wooden logs). Forges turn scrap metal and charcoal into metal sheets. And those become things like Rising Fighter Shield (6 strings), 5 metal sheetsand 2 wooden logs) and the Rising Fighter armor set (a total of 9 metal sheets, 12 animal skins, 8 resinand 12 strings).
