It’s National Margarita Day, giving Texans a great reason to celebrate at their favorite spot.
The origin of the margarita drink depends on who you ask.
Some suggest the drink might have started in a cantina in Ensenada, Mexico, while others enjoy the colorful history that claims San Diego is the birthplace of the first margarita.
Despite the different stories about its origins, many in the Juárez-El Paso region tend to believe that the daisy originated just south of the Rio Grande in this area.
More precisely, in the Kentucky Bar in Downtown Juárez.
Wherever you want to grab a margarita, here are some deals and promotions available on Thursday.
